Refund & Cancellation Policy

At QuikServPro L.L.C-FZ, we aim to provide transparent, reliable, and client-focused services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations are applicable.

1. Adherence to Appointment Timeline

If QuikServ Pro fails to meet the agreed appointment timeline, a refund will be issued.
⚠️ Note: Refunds exclude Visa Fees and the Knowledge/Processing Fee.

2. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 1–2 weeks via Bank Transfer to the client’s designated account.
  • Clients will be notified in writing once the refund is initiated.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their service request under the following terms:

  • Before Processing Begins: If a cancellation is requested before any documentation or application processing has started, only the Visa Fee (if paid in advance) may be refundable. The Knowledge/Processing Fee (AED 500) remains non-refundable.
  • After Processing Begins: Once processing has commenced, no refunds will be provided for Visa Fees, Service Charges, or Processing Fees.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds or cancellations will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal decision by the client during the process.
  • The Knowledge/Processing Fee of AED 500, which is strictly non-refundable.
  • Delays or refusal of visa issuance due to client-provided incomplete, false, or inaccurate information.

5. Embassy/Consulate Discretion

The final decision regarding visa approval lies solely with the respective Embassy or Consulate.

  • Visa refusals, rejections, or delays due to Embassy/Consulate discretion are not grounds for refunds or cancellations.
